blah blah gobbledegook not supported..what does this mean ?

Been wanting to use this zgame thing for a while now , but everytime I open it and go into the video settings it says this

"NOTE: Your graphics card does not
seem to support the OpenGL
extensions:
GL_EXT_bgra
GL_ARB_texture_non_power_of_two
This may cause the video texture
feature not to work correctly.
"

Is there anything I can do to fix this ?
Is it a settings issue , or just that the graphics card will NEVER be able to run it ?

Getting a new machine in a week or 2 , but just wondering if there's anything that could be done right now ?

That message only applies to the Video Texture ...
