hi. does ZGame export .mp4 videos?

I'm trying desperately to get my music video on Instagram but I can't because .mov files won't work. If I convert the .mov file to .mp4 it will work but destroy the audio in the process. I've tried uploading files as mono and stereo and neither have worked out for me. Instagram has no help section set up for issues like this and now I'm back here. Again. Please help.
