Updated Visualizer DLLs for FL 12.3

Here is an update to the version of the Visualizer that ships with FL Studio 12.3.

Changes:
- Fixed: Blur effect not working
- Fixed: AV error when export video and some layer is set to "None"
- Fixed: Vertical scrollbar missing
- Increased video bitrate settings in video export dialog
- Partial fix for unicode characters in TextTrueType
- DMX effect now supports 512 channels
- Fixed: Some effects could appear off center when used in combination with postprocess effects
- Fixed: Audio src selection was reset when opening project and plugin is not on master.

To install:
- Unzip the attached files in [Your FL Studio install folder]\Plugins\Fruity\Effects\ZGameEditor Visualizer.
