Limited Export Settings

So I barely started using this plugin about a week ago. Even though I've had FL since 2012. And by watching the FL Studio Guru tutorial on youtube, I noticed that I don't have the same "Advanced export settings" or "Audio codec options" as what is shown on the video... Am I missing something or is this what I'm stuck with??? Plus, if I use the "FLAC" audio codec, I get the "unable to export" error.
