Sound quality of a video using Zgame Editor Visualizer

When I export only the sound of my song as a wav file, the quality is fairly good.
However, when I export my song as a video using Zgame Editor Visualizer(wmv file), the volume of my song drops and the sound quality becomes poor. Especially at the beginning when only the electric guitar is playing(I used FL SLayer), I hear noises that I didn't have when I exported as a wav file.
What do you think is the problem? Any ideas?
