Settings knobs not saved

I noticed that the settings, in terms of the knobs, are not being saved.

Specifically, as shown in the screenshot, knobs like "Movement", "Thickness", "Cube size", etc. revert back to the middle position, whereas I had tweaked them away from there during the previous session (which I saved). Or am I missing something (I should do)?

FYI, I'm using the latest beta.
