Sudden problems

I have just had 2 sudden problems arise with EZGen...

1. When inserting a flash audio/video player i can no longer preview what the player will look like in the list.

2. I tried an update to fix this and no i cannot open EZGEN at all. Comes up saying no updates are available and EZGen will no open.

Please help!
