Re-downloaded - Can't Open Extermal Files & Now No Templates

I had to re-install EZ Generator on a new computer - I'm all registered - but I can't open up my old web site files, nor can I re-create my site because there are no templates except for the "Examples" template. The software says "No Internet Connection or the Server Is Unavailable". How can I get my old files to be recognized? Or at a minimum, recreate the website with a new template?
