When it gets up to speed it is. Plus, since this is a DARPA (military) project, something like this might be used to chase people (enemy combatants) down. Could mount an arm on it's back with a steel bat, and it could just run past people and break their legs or bash their heads in.

Well maybe the military is going to put fur on them for senior citizens and children to pet, but I doubt it.
