Help with Maschine MK2 transport functions in Fl Studio

Im having trouble mapping the MK2 transport to Fl studios transport. I first set it up like NI tells you too by creating a Mackie Control Template and Enabling Host Transport Control and that works but the pads don't control the midi notes when MK2 Is set To Mackie Universal control. So my question is how do i keep the All of the transport functions while being able to control Midi Notes?
