M-Audio Axiom 25 transport key programming?

Hi

Anyone know how I can program the transport keys (play, stop, etc.) and other knobs and controls for M-audio axiom 25 in FL Studio? I got the MIDI connected and can use the piano keys, but I am not sure how to set up the transport keys especially...along with other controls.

M-audio's site not very helpfull. I can't seem to find good step-by-step info.
