Korg Volca Beats - Softseq.-Data to HW

Hi,

i synced my Volca Beats with FL-Studio. When i press the FL-Play-Button, the Volca plays, no problem so far. But how to send FL-Sequenzer-Data to the Volca? I do not understand the MIDI-Chart of the Volca Beats. Why there are no #XXs? I can get out Sounds out of a Hardwaresynth via MIDI-Out; i think there is something similiar, but i cant find it.

BTW... How to turn off the "LIVE"-Mode; its always on and i cant find any Information about this Mode. The Factory-Reset wasnt a solution and i tried a lot of combos already : )
