Since I installed the FL 11.1.1 R4b update, the Launchkey 49 faders are not driving the FL mixer faders anymore (in fact they are not driving anything at all, unless I use "link to controller").
They were working fine with FL 11.1.0. I didn't have to "link to controller" manually.
I am using Win7 x64.
How can I solve this problem?

Go to this folder and rename the Novation Launc...
