I need help setting up a synthesizer

I have very little knowledge on this stuff. I just recently got a Korg Krome and I want to use it for producing, as in, being able to play sounds on the piano, and have them record onto FL Studio. I have a USB connection, and I downloaded a USB driver online so it will recognize it, but from then on, I have no idea what to do. There are multiple input and output settings and there is a lot about MIDI which I'm not clear about either. I don't want only the notes being played transferred. I want the sounds as well. If anybody can help me out here in informing me what I need to do to make this possible, it would be very much appreciated.
