AKAI MPD32 - PLEASE HELP!

I just picked up the Akai MPD 32. It has preseste for every program except for FL please Help me. The Tap Tempo button be helpful if I could use it. The time is also out of sinc. The Transport works fine tho. Some Please HELP ME!

When I set it to midi clock external. It doesnt play any sounds and the transport pauses after i hit play.
