Problems assigning MIDI-controller knobs

I've recently upgraded from FL 11 to 12. One of the MIDI-controllers I'm using is the Korg MS-20. After upgrading, I'm not able to link two of the knobs to FL Studio. They work fine in stand-alone and worked fine in FL 11, but when I try to use the multilink to controllers function, it simply won't respond to those two knobs.

Any ideas?
