Graphite 49 linking to FLstudio12

Best members, i have some issues to link my Graphite 49 from Samson to FL studio12.
Can anyone explain me what i am doing wrong?

I can't get my play/pause/stop buttons to work. My faders are not working and i can't chose presets.
If i press the keys i can get sound, but it won't record anything.

Would anyone explain me how i can link it, and how i can get everything to work.

I am struggling with the manuals and tutorials out so far, but i ain't coming close to a answer.
