Blinking MIDI controller LED on Play with MCU transport

I have set up the transport buttons of my Komplete Kontrol keyboard as an MCU controller for both in- and output.
The problem is now that whenever I press play, the play button on the keyboard is blinking on each beat instead of staying peacefully green. It seems FL studio is sending something to the MCU MIDI channel that makes the LED blink. This does not happen in Ableton Live, for instance. How can I disable this output on every beat without completely disabling the MCU output (yes, I want those LED, just not blinking)
