FL Studio transmit CC to controller?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm having trouble finding information for what I think is a basic feature... I have a Midi Fighter Twister (but really it could be any multitude of generic controllers) and what I want is, when I have a VST parameter or Mixer Fader position linked to controller for FL Studio to transmit the CC of that parameter or mixer or etc. to the device (in this case a midi fighter twister) so that the knobs are synchronized with the setting. How do I do this?
