mapping cc midi signal in to send program change out

Hello,

I am a longtime user of FL studio but relatively new to midi.

I am able to receive a CC Toggle signal from my midi controller to change plugin settings.

I am also able to send a program change midi signal out using the BRSO Articulate plugin by pressing a given note in the piano roll. That's fine for automating it but I'd like to use the midi controller to send the program change signal at the same timel.

So what I am wondering how to do is have that CC Toggle signal that is sent in via midi input to trigger within FL Studio the respective BRSO Articulate plugin by activating the selected note, thereby sending the program change out in response. Or some other workaround for converting the midi CC toggle in to midi program change out.
