Having a controller permanently attached to a parameter for multiple sessions?

I just spent way too much time making myself a modular drum machine in patcher in conjunction with my maschine controller. It's a monster of a patch eating up 70% of my CPU. (Ouch!) I went all out, so I have 8 buttons and 8 knobs to mess around with per pad, and I have 16 pads, each one going to a different synth patch, or sampler patch. So 16x16 is 256. That's 256 different knob/button assignments (I know it's rediculous, but the patch is actually kind of awesome).

Currently, it's lots of fun playing with the drum patch inside of the session I made it in. But if I were to save the patcher preset and throw it into another session (Which was my intention to use it in multiple songs), I don't want to have to reassign all 256 parameters. It's very time consuming. Is there a way to make it so whenever I throw this enormous patcher file into a session that my Maschine controller (In MIDI mode) will remember all of the connections even though it's a completely different song?
