Receive notes from

Hi,

I need some help with a simple issue.

I have a keyboard that transmits on different midi channels. When for a plugin (e.g. Sytrus) I set the receive notes from option to channel 1, I was expecting that it would only receive notes from channel 1, but it also play notes that are transmitted by my keyboard on channel 2 etc.

Do I miss something here? If I misunderstood the meaning of the fucntion described, is there another way to set a plugin to only receive notes from a certain midi channel?
