FL Studio cc1 not connecting to Native Instruments Dynamic

So I've just gotten Native Instruments Komplete 11 Ultimate. And the strings, winds, and brass have a dynamics control wheel, that natively is set to cc1. It does not work, and multi-link to controller does not make it link to mod wheel or any of the pots. However, if I open Cockos Reaper, open the library, then use the modwheel it works. If I then open FL Studio, the mod wheel does control it. Is there any way to do this without having to open Reaper every time I am working on a project?
