Control FL Studio via Tascam DM-3200

I'm trying to use my Tascam DM-3200 as a control surface but i can't get it to work 100%. I have tied different setups but sometimes i can only get the play and stop button to work or sometimes I only get to control the first eight channels on FL's mixer to work and I can control them through channels 1-8 and 9-16. Can somebody tell me how to do this right.
