Native Instruments Maschine - Midi feedback from FL-Studio?

Hi,

I have a problem with Native Instruments Maschine. When it's running as a generic midi controller, it's works fine to controll softsynths.
The Maschine-controller receives messages from FL-Studio, for example when notes are playing the pads corresponds to them by flashing. This is nice, but not enough!

Because when I move knobs and faders of a softsynth with the mouse, the values seems not to be send to Maschine (When you run Maschine in plugin-mode it works fine!).
But as generic midi controller the actual values are not shown on the displays and when I touch the knobs of Maschine, they mess up my softsynth-settings, because they send other values to FL-Studio.
This is pretty anoying, especially when you loaded presets - which are messed up, when you touch the maschine knobs. With this behaviour controlling softsynths with a midi-controller makes not much sense or fun.

Is this a problem of FL-Studio or is my setup for the Maschine-Controller wrong?
