Current state of Akai MPK49 on FL? Any opinions?

Hi everyone,

looking into buying a MIDI controller for live and studio use with FL. anyone using an MPK49 with FL? any advice you'd give or alternate suggestions?

don't want to get into the same situation where i bought a bcf2000 that sat mostly unused for about 6 years until i noticed that FL had added full support for it a couple of years before... (now it is working absolutely fucking fantastically and i'd like to wholeheartedly thank gol for the time he put into the mackie control emulation that makes it possible!)
