oxygen 49 compatibility issues

For some reason, each vst/plugin is assigned to one note on my keyboard. When i insert a grand piano for example, I can't play all if the keys. Only one note can be used for the piano and the other notes are each assigned to the different instruments used. 1 note per channel. Please help.
