I'm having a problem with Poizone, The L.Bergman Electro

Hi, I just purchased The L.Bergman Electro Soundset (128 presets) for windows. It came up on Poizone to install and when I clicked install for it it said error. It kept doing error, and now it's not recognizing that I paid for it. I looked again on my licences and it says that I paid for it but when I go on to FL Studio it says buy instead of install. If you could help me that would be great. Thanks. http://share.pho.to/52auo This photo shows the buy option on the L.Bergman Electro Soundset, but I already paid for this preset and it says on my licenses that I already paid for it. Unfortunetly I don't have a picture of the error.
