Toxic Biohazard Presets

I just bought Toxic Biohazard today along with the 128 presets and I cannot seem to install the darn presets!

I took a screen of what some error in the Download Manager and all I have is Ambient and Best and there are many on the 128 Addon page on the FL website that I do not have so I think I just have the basic ones as I compared the lists and a ton on the website I do not have.

I have installed the latest Regcode 3 times and tried the many various ways to install the presets but nothing seems to work, what am I overlooking? It almost seems as it the regcode is not 'unlocking' them in the DL Manager....
