No presents in Poizone

Haai there,

I downloaded the poizone installer, and registered it with use of the .reg file from my image-line account.
I can see the presents in the map where they should be ( Default ), but i can not see them in my poizone..
I can only open them one by one by everytime clicking Load program/bank

I can not work this way, its takes to long !
Can someone help me please?
