Pitch/tuning issues with vst's and rewire

When I load up hypersonic 2 and nexus 2 they both sound the same as far as pitch. But when I try to add a sound with reason rewired the pitch in reason doesn't match the song. It's like im playing the wrong keys or somn. The same issue is true when I load up a plug-in like nexus and try to use gladiator or sylenth with the same project. It's like im stuck with using only certain vst's with my projects. Can anyone help with this issue. Thanx in advance
