Content-Lib list: 2nd preset selected and back => last item

I've noticed when I've selected the 2nd item of my content-lib list for morphine and I press forward (down arrow in morphine) I get the 3rd item.
But when I've selected the 2nd item and I press backward (up arrow in morphine) I get the last item of the content-lib list!

Also when I insert morphine into a channel using replace, plugin picker I got a working preset that does not appear in the content-lib listing.

What's wrong here?
