Content Library / Downloader

Every time I click on a Toxic or PoiZone bank, it gets downloaded and installed 3 times, and it still appears as online instead of downloaded. If I close the downloader and then open it again, the bank appears in the schedule instead of finished. Can you tell me how to correct this?
