Content Library / Downloader 3.0

2.9.6 fixes the crash with CMD key on MacOSX, great stuff, thanks!

I've found another bug in 2.9.6 on Windows and on MacOSX though:-

1. Bring up the Selector for a plugin or the Content Library in the Download Manager
2. Drag the view horizontally so that only half of the first column of presets is visible
3. Click the Filter box and start typing something that only brings up a couple of results
4. Observe that the viewport still starts halfway into the first column, but does not give you a scrollbar to move the viewport with. If you had scrolled further right, you would not know that there was a preset there at all. (This could be misinterpreted as "Filtering doesn't show any results even though they're there")
