Can you lock the fl toolbar ?

So i come across this issue, its nothing major but sometimes when i want to click on file, on the toolbar top left i might click maybe a 1cm off or so and then the whole toolbar gets dragged down and things move out of place. Is there a way of locking it ? Ive look all over the options and preferences but i don't seem to find anything. Any help is appreciated thanks
