Playlist question

Hey all,

Can we copy/drag specific slices from the Playlist into any of FL's vsts like FL slicer, edison, FPC (or back to a sampler) etc?

We like to slice and arrange our samples on the Playlist, we like this method as we can slice our samples and spread them out, we can see instantly that this or that section of wav is a kick or a snare etc, there's lots of room and it's easy to visualize the waveform whilst it's being edited.

FL slicer is cool, we like the extra options it features like beat accentuating, stuttering etc, though would much prefer to see the waveforms that we are arranging rather then patterns of notes in the Pianoroll, we feel that editing in Edison and Directwave is visually too constrictive however there are obviously features in all of them that we like to use, like Edison's blur tool and ease of use assigning loop points.

In what other ways are we constricted by editing our wavs on the Playlist, because it is still our favorite place to edit.
