flp loading problems

so again im sure that this has been mentioned before, but i couldn't find anything that helped. I keep trying to load an flp my friend made me, it isnt too big or anything and im surprised it wont load. There are a few samples he has that i dont, and he is using izotope ozone 4, i have izotope ozone 5, and i guess it wont load. I open the flp and as it starts to load the thing in the middle says i dont have the following "izotope ozone 4" and then i try to exit it but i cant. in the bottom left something says what sample it is loading and it keeps getting stuck on one. then i have to force quit fl studio 10, and try again. i have tried for a while now and i dont know why it wont load. i have alot of flps wth presets and plugins i dont have, and it just loads them with no problem, everything except the stuff i dont have. this wont load at all!!!!
