SynthMaker plugin not found on FLSTUDIO 11.04

Hi all!
I am a new user... FL studio is very easy to use but anyway difficult for me.... But I will learn it! ahaha

Going back to the question:

I downloaded the FL installer from the site, I installed it and I downloaded and used the reg file.
All the producer edition pack was correctly registered and working except for the SynthMaker. The plug in is not found.

My Fl Studio is 11.04 producer edition. I tryed to format my pc . (Core 2 Duo 32 bit architecture, 2gb ram, windows xp service pack 3) After the reinstalling of the OS, i have only installed the drivers without any other software an then I installed FLStudio. I still have the problem.

Maybe, could you help me?
