complex loop sampler

hi can you do with this plugin a midi loop sampler§
mi idea is to have a library of midi drum patterns, and have a plugin automatically play them with a certain probability, like the basic pattern gets played a lot and variations less and fills lesser, and some guidelines, like every 4 bars the basic pattern has more chances to be played and in the 4th bar thg fill gets more chances to be played, a couple stuff like that. how can i do this with what plugin or plugin programmer
