omni bug report (to reduce system clutter)

As per IL employee requests, 4 bug reports within one post:

-tree view bug:
If i understand this one, it names mounted directories after drive letter when you mount a directory which isn't on the c drive.

file browser:
system shortcuts (.lnk) don't work within the tree file browser

pitcher:
-pitcher causes a 30% cpu usage boost (up to 95%).

FL CPU usage:
Fl reports 60% cpu usage while the system says it's using only 10%.
