Pitch on channel setting keeps changing by itself

The pitch on my instrument channel settings keeps changing by itself! Every time I reset the pitch back to normal, it keep sliding back down, throwing the pitch off on my instruments! I think it might have to do with my midi keyboard...but not sure. I really don't know what to do......please help! I've attached a picture for reference.
