Missing "Swap Links" command in Flowstone Plugin

Flowstone Plugin (v 3.0.2) in FL 11.0.3
Operating System: Windows XP 32bit Service Pack 3 and XP 64bit

"Swap Links" command as described in Flowstone UserGuide page 47 "Swapping Links" not available, neither in context pop-up menu (when the modules whose links should be swapped are both selected) nor in "Schematic" pull-down menu!
