DirectWave - Drag sample and Deleting it

DRAG PROBLEM:
If I drag and drop a sample over the Zone window replacing with a new one, "sometimes" it replaces the bottom and not the hovered one:

I could directly send it from Browser (which works), yes. But it is a bug

DELETE PROBLEM:
Sometimes it does not delete sample:

Also: why if I select a sample inside DirectWave and I press Canc on the keyboard nothing happens? Could be a nice feature (without right click->delete zone).

I can confirm the delete problem in DirectWave....
