Harmor - Image fine speed envelope limited to 100% (value)

Image fine speed knob range is from -200% to 200% values. Default is 100%.
Why using internal Envelope (right click->edit articulator) I can't move the Image fine speed knob from its 100% to 200% value? The max value range is -100%/100%, even it can take -200%/200%...

i.e. Also, it is absolute. It is not relative to the current knob value (such as the Filter Cut off, or Image time offset for example).
