Windows 8.1 Plugin database bug

On windows 8.1 running FL-Studio 11, certain plugins don't have their GUI when send to the plugin database. Instead it shows everythting that is under the GUI, like in this picture. The problem is with plugins Molot, Limiter No6 (Both from Vladgsound) and Bittersweet by Flux, which are all free plugins. There is no this problem with my other computer running Windows 7. Is the problem in the plugins or FL? A minor thing, but reported anyway.
