I have not confirmed this with a test project (sorry it's taking too much time) but I'm not able to use alt left and alt right arrow to move mixer channels inside FL VSTi project instances. Doing this with a mouse can be painstaking when you want to move lots of channels quickly.
The feature still works from the base project level, but most of the mixer work is happening in the upper levels, so that's cold comfort.
