Compiled Synthmaker dll loses tooltips

Make a synthmaker project. Give it a tooltip. Ensure that it shows when you are in synthmaker mode. Now export that to DLL. Load it...run it... drag the mouse over the window. The tooltip is gone.

And: as a related bug:
If you add a tooltip to a component in synthmaker, and then embed that component into another one, the embedded compenent does not display its tooltip (even in synthmaker mode...just forget about compiled dll's).
