HELP! Browser wont show pre loaded plugins or packs

browser is missing pre loaded plugins and packs, and when i insert a new folder of the packs in the browser from the file settings, it says "search canceled" already uninstalled and reinstalled it, does anybody know how to fix this? Please let me know. thanks
