UAD PLUGINS ISSUE

Everytime i use my uad plugins on fl studio 11.1 i get real bad latency issues like when i hit play it takes a couple of seconds to play and when i change settings on the uad plugins it freezes then changes the settings. Sometimes when i go to export as wave or mp3 the some of my vsti's are off tempo only when i use my uad plugins.

MY STUDIO SPECS:
i7 2.3ghz
16 gigs of ram
FL Studio 11.1
Apollo duo audio intereface (updated firmware and drivers)
Windows 7 64-bit
