Edison noise remover is leaving an off-pitch echo

I've noticed this more than once: that once you do noise removal enough times, Edison starts leaving a tinny aftershadow of the audio. This gives me the impression that there's some kind of band separation inside the plugin, and that some audio is being reinserted to the out feed at a slight delay (and pitch change). It only becomes apparent with cumulative noise removals... leading me to think it's a number which is only very slightly off, but builds up with each pass.
